Jobs Description

Supervise and coordinate daily security operations within assigned areas. (គ្រប់គ្រង និងសម្របសម្រួលប្រតិបត្តិការសន្តិសុខប្រចាំថ្ងៃក្នុងតំបន់ដែលបានកំណត់)
Monitor security manpower deployment, patrol activities, parking operations, and public safety conditions. (ត្រួតពិនិត្យការបែងចែកបុគ្គលិកសន្តិសុខ ការល្បាត ប្រតិបត្តិការចំណត និងស្ថានភាពសុវត្ថិភាពសាធារណៈ)
Coordinate with CCTV Operator, Loading Bay Security, Operation Team, EHS (Environment Health Safety Team) Team, and Maintenance Team during incidents or emergency situations. (សម្របសម្រួលជាមួយ CCTV Operator, Loading Bay Security, Operation Team, EHS (Environment Health Safety Team) និង Maintenance Team ពេលមានហេតុការណ៍ ឬអាសន្ន)
Ensure security guards maintain discipline, professional appearance, and operational readiness during assigned shifts.(ធានាថាសន្តិសុខរក្សាវិន័យ ភាពសមរម្យ និងការត្រៀមប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងវេនការងារ)
Support crowd control, customer safety, and emergency evacuation procedures during peak hours and special events.(គាំទ្រការគ្រប់គ្រងហ្វូងមនុស្ស សុវត្ថិភាពអតិថិជន និងនីតិវិធីជម្លៀសពេលមានអាសន្ន ក្នុងម៉ោងមមាញឹក និងកម្មវិធីពិសេស)
Conduct routine inspection of entrances, parking zones, loading bay areas, emergency exits, and restricted areas. (ធ្វើការត្រួតពិនិត្យប្រចាំលើច្រកចូល ចំណតរថយន្ត តំបន់ Loading Bay ច្រកចេញបន្ទាន់ និងតំបន់ហាមឃាត់)
Prepare and submit incident reports, daily security reports, and operational follow-up reports to management.(រៀបចំ និងដាក់ស្នើរបាយការណ៍ហេតុការណ៍ របាយការណ៍សន្តិសុខប្រចាំថ្ងៃ និងរបាយការណ៍តាមដានប្រតិបត្តិការទៅគ្រប់គ្រង)
Ensure all security equipment, communication devices, and operational procedures remain functional and effective. (ធានាថាឧបករណ៍សន្តិសុខ ឧបករណ៍ទំនាក់ទំនង និងនីតិវិធីប្រតិបត្តិការដំណើរការបានល្អ)

Jobs Requirement

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification. (យ៉ាងហោចណាស់បញ្ចប់ថ្នាក់វិទ្យាល័យ ឬសមមូល)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in security operations or team supervision is preferred. (មានបទពិសោធន៍យ៉ាងហោចណាស់ ១–២ឆ្នាំ ផ្នែកសន្តិសុខ ឬការគ្រប់គ្រងក្រុម គឺល្អ)
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills. (មានជំនាញភាពជាអ្នកដឹកនាំ ទំនាក់ទំនង និងសម្របសម្រួលល្អ)
