Stock Management

• Monitor and control stock for claw machines, prize shop, and merchandise
• Ensure all items (dolls, blind boxes, toys, goods) are properly recorded and tracked.
• Maintain accurate stock balance between system and physical stock.

Stock In & Out Control

• Handle stock receiving, checking, and recording from suppliers or warehouse.
• Control stock distribution to each store (Gameland & Space Bunny).
• Monitor stock transfers between branches.
• Ensure proper documentation for all stock movements.

Inventory Checking

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
• Identify discrepancies and report stock differences
• Investigate stock loss, damage, or missing items

Reporting

• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly stock reports.
• Report fast-moving and slow-moving items to management.
• Support purchasing team with stock data for replenishment planning.

Store Support

• Work closely with store teams to ensure correct stock usage.
• Ensure claw machines are always filled with proper dolls/items
• Support display control and stock arrangement in prize shops.

Control & Compliance

• Ensure all stock handling follows company SOP and policies.
• Prevent stock loss, misuse, or theft
• Maintain organized and clean storage areas.
