Multi-Brand Operations Oversight

• Supervise day-to-day operations of all playgrounds and food service points (e.g., Fun Snack, Party Catering).
• Ensure consistency in cleanliness, safety, play experience, and food service across all brands.
• Oversee customer experience standards in both playground and café zones.
• Monitor and improve operational KPIs, service quality, and efficiency.

F&B (Food & Beverage) Management

• Oversee playground café/restaurants’ operations, menus, hygiene, inventory, and staff.
• Support kitchen/counter teams on SOPs, food safety, portion control, and service flow.
• Collaborate with chefs or snack teams to refresh menu offerings, kids’ meals, and party catering.
• Work with procurement on ingredients, stock, and kitchen equipment.

Team Leadership

• Lead, train, and evaluate playground managers, assistant managers, and café supervisors.
• Approve monthly shift rosters and staff plans for both play and F&B areas.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training programs, and leadership development.
• Drive a positive culture focused on safety, learning, service, and teamwork.

Events & Activity Planning

• Oversee event calendar planning: birthdays, workshops, pop-ups, school visits, and special holidays.
• Work closely with creative and event teams to ensure readiness and smooth execution.
• Monitor booking systems, party setups, catering plans, and on-site coordination.

Customer Service Excellence

• Set and maintain standards for grooming, greeting, engagement, and cleanliness.
• Develop SOPs for customer interaction at reception, café, and party service.
• Handle escalated feedback and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Lead loyalty programs, memberships, and event after-service follow-up.

Revenue & Growth

• Analyze income from entry fees, F&B sales, and events to identify growth opportunities.
• Set and monitor monthly sales targets per brand and location.
• Optimize cost management and maximize profitability across branches.
• Propose service upgrades, add-ons, or new business units based on market trends.

Audit, Safety & Reporting

• Conduct regular branch audits (playground + café): safety, service, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
• Ensure all branches have first-aid, kitchen licenses, food safety documents, and emergency plans.
• Submit weekly/monthly operations, sales, stock, and customer feedback reports to leadership.
• Track staff performance and incident reports for all locations.

Marketing & Brand Collaboration

• Support marketing team with campaign ideas, seasonal promotions, and UGC (user-generated content).
• Monitor each branch's social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) for consistency and engagement.
• Coordinate cross-promotion between food, play, and event offerings.
• Collaborate on CSR, school outreach, and community events.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Early Childhood, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, including playground or kids center + restaurant/café management.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills across departments.
• Experience with multi-unit operations, cost control, and customer service training.
• Excellent communication in Khmer and English.
• Proficient with POS systems, stock software, and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work flexible hours (weekends/holidays).
• Passion for children, family services, and food quality.
