Jobs Description

Perform day to day inventory and bookkeeping transactions to ensure that outlet stock, storeroom data, and food cost records are maintained in an effective, up to date, and accurate record.
Inventory Control, manage all incoming stock, verify received goods, and accurately pack and distribute items to outlets based on their requisitions.
Reporting & Tracking, maintain accurate stock out reports matching outlet requisitions, manage documentation, and forecast/plan for low-stock or out of stock items.
Storeroom Management, needed to oversee and maintain stock levels for both the storeroom and the operation sites.
Stock Audits, conduct regular physical inventory counts every 1st of the month and perform inventory adjustments to assist in calculating accurate food costs.
Data Entry & Bookkeeping.

Jobs Requirement

At least 2 year experience in the field
University graduated in specializes of Account or Finance
Knowledge of Storekeeper & Stock Controller
Knowledge of general account procedures
Competency in accounting software Quickbook and POS
Be able to communicate in English, both writing & speaking
Excellent interpersonal skills
Team building skills
Be honest and trustworthy
Be flexible
Demonstrate sound work ethics
