Jobs Description

Merchandise Planning & Strategy
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
Research trends (local & international) to source attractive toys, blind boxes, and novelty products.
Plan seasonal campaigns and promotions with the Marketing team, Create attractive product displays in Waowao concept stores.
Product Sourcing & Vendor Management, Monitor fast-moving vs. slow-moving items and adjust purchasing accordingly, Visual Merchandising
Source, negotiate, and maintain strong relationships with suppliers (local & overseas), Ensure claw machine setups are visually engaging and aligned with Waowao’s brand.
Ensure timely procurement, cost efficiency, and quality control , Standardize merchandising guidelines across all outlets.
Explore new product opportunities and exclusive collaborations.
Stock Management, Oversee inventory levels across all Waowao locations., Work with warehouse and store teams to ensure proper stock allocation.
Sales & Performance Analysis
Track sales data to evaluate product performance and profitability.
Prepare regular reports and propose adjustments to merchandising plans.
Collaborate with Operations to maximize ROI per claw machine and store section.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in merchandising, retail, or product sourcing.
Strong knowledge of consumer trends (toys, lifestyle products, youth trends).
Negotiation and vendor management skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in sales data reporting.
Creative eye for design, branding, and display.
Good communication skills in English (Khmer and/or Chinese is a plus).
