Jobs Description

To have ability in supervising and team leader, this is the key responsibility you need to have in order to lead the floor employees directly.
Moreover, from time to time you need to monitor employee performance and provide feedback, coaching, and guidance.
Assisting with new employees training assign tasks and responsibilities.
You are also need to responsible for motivate and encourage team members to achieve goals.
As a floor supervisor, you are capable to ensure operational efficiency thru monitor daily operations on the floor to ensure efficiency and adherence to procedure, coordinate with other departments as needed (e.g., inventory, customer service).
And the most important, you need to ensure that quality standards are met in areas such as customer service, product presentation, or service delivery.
Monitor cleanliness and customer service which ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.

Jobs Requirement

3 - 4 years Experian with a qualification for the position
Excellent organization and strong ability of customer service skill
Ability to demonstrate good supervisory skills and to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, generate fresh and innovative ideas.
Good organizational skills, ability to prioritize and work effectively within an often busy environment, whilst maintaining compliance to company policies and procedures
