• Cleanliness: Maintain a high standard of hygiene and organization on your allocated section at all times.

Food Safety & Hygiene

• Standards: Adhere to all food safety manuals and storage guidelines.
• Cleaning: Execute daily and weekly cleaning schedules for the pizza oven and kitchen equipment.
• Reporting: Immediately report any hygiene issues or equipment faults to the Head Pizza Chef.

Productivity & Teamwork

• Attitude: Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy team morale.
• Waste Control: Minimize food waste through accurate portioning and careful handling of ingredients.
• Energy: Help reduce energy waste by using equipment efficiently and switching off services when not in play.
