Define Enterprise Project Governance & Strategic Oversight

• Establish and continuously enhance the Bank’s enterprise-level project governance framework aligned with strategic objectives.
• Define governance standards across all strategic and transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment across business and support functions.
• Advise CEO and EXCO on project prioritization, strategic investments, and execution feasibility.

Lead Strategic Portfolio Management (Cross-Functional)

• Oversee the Bank’s strategic project portfolio across the organization.
• Drive prioritization, sequencing, and resource alignment across functions.
• Ensure initiatives deliver business value, ROI, and strategic outcomes.

Drive Enterprise Transformation

• Lead and coordinate enterprise transformation programs, ensuring alignment across the organization.
• Ensure consistent application of project methodologies and governance standards across all initiatives.
• Resolve cross-functional risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks impacting strategic delivery.

Enhance Executive Visibility & Governance

• Establish enterprise-level dashboards covering all strategic initiatives.
• Provide consolidated insights to CEO and senior leadership for decision-making.
• Facilitate enterprise steering committees to monitor strategic execution.

Build Enterprise PMO Capability & Governance Model

• Lead and develop the Project Execution Office as a central governance and coordination function.
• Define and standardize project management practices across business units and collaborate with IT PMO for alignment.
• Foster a culture of accountability, execution discipline, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide transformation and PMO functions
• Strong experience in strategic planning, portfolio governance, and executive reporting
• PMP, Agile, or Program Management certifications preferred
• Operates as an enterprise-level governance and coordination function under CEO Office
• Responsible for strategic portfolio oversight and cross-functional alignment
• Works closely with IT PMO to ensure alignment with enterprise priorities, standardized reporting, and effective execution.
