Jobs Description

Lead FPIC processes across all project communities
Develop and maintain standardized consultation procedures, materials, and documentation
Supervise and quality-control FPIC field teams
Lead and structure community consultation meetings
Ensure communities receive clear, accurate, and consistent information about project activities, land use, conservation frameworks, and the roles of different stakeholders
Maintain complete and audit-ready records of consent processes
Serve as primary point of contact for FPIC-related audits and external reviews
Coordinate closely with teams responsible for local networks and grievance and safeguards systems

Jobs Requirement

Khmer national with professional fluency in Khmer and strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Years of experience in community engagement, conservation, or development programs
Demonstrated experience working with indigenous or rural communities
Strong understanding of FPIC principles and international standards
Proven ability to manage field teams and multi-site operations
Experience leading structured consultations in complex environments
Strong communication capability, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly, lead group discussions, and maintain credibility with both communities and external reviewers.
