Technical Governance & Standards Alignment

• Lead the strategic review of complex building services and envelope systems, ensuring alignment with applicable technical standards and regulatory conditions.
• Oversee the transition and reconciliation of design assumptions across structural and architectural disciplines during scope realignments.
• Manage the resolution of complex design inconsistencies and interface risks between different project stages to avoid rework.

Commercial Realignment & Negotiation

• Provide executive-level oversight of project budgets and lead technical-commercial negotiations regarding revised cost quantities and contract sums.
• Assess the financial and program implications of technical solutions or sequencing adjustments to ensure commercially reasonable outcomes.
• Review consultant scopes and contractor obligations to ensure alignment with the project’s evolving governance framework.

Project Controls & Internal Reporting

• Develop and maintain comprehensive execution frameworks to align actual project progress with the internal financial milestones and cash flow forecasts.
• Utilize data-driven tracking metrics to monitor performance baselines, providing senior management with transparent variance analysis and early warnings for schedule deviations.
• Synthesize complex technical and commercial execution data into structured, high-level reports tailored for internal stakeholders.

Execution & Governance Oversight

• Align internal teams, consultants, and contractors under a unified execution framework, particularly during periods of transition.
• Promote stability, continuity, and clarity of roles across all project participants to ensure efficient decision-making.
• Facilitate structured communication between senior management and the technical execution teams to maintain transparency on project performance and key risks.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or Construction-related disciplines, with a strong preference for candidates with complex building services backgrounds
• 10+ years of relevant experience in large-scale real estate or mixed-use projects.
• Strong track record in handling projects involving design changes, re-coordination of disciplines, or complex schedule optimization.
• Proven track record in managing and negotiating with large-scale international main contractors in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Practical experience in resolving complex project issues through structured coordination and negotiation.
• Advanced proficiency in developing performance tracking metrics and conducting variance analysis for executive-level reporting.
• Ability to evaluate technical, commercial, and program-related matters at an executive decision-making level.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin (Chinese) is required. The candidate must be capable of leading complex technical and commercial negotiations, as well as producing executive-level reports in both languages.
