Jobs Description

Develop and execute strategies to expand company market presence locally and internationally.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
Drive innovation in product offerings, customer experience, and market positioning.
Lead negotiations with potential partners, suppliers, and franchisees.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform strategy.
Oversee day-to-day operations of Company, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
Implement operational policies, procedures, and performance metrics.
Manage supply chain, procurement, and vendor relationships to optimize costs and quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and sustainability standards.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence across retail outlets and production facilities.
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across business development and operations.
Collaborate with company's senior leadership to align company goals with corporate strategy.
Prepare and present business performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans.
Champion the brand vision and values, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
10+ years of experience in business development and operations, preferably in F&B or retail.
Proven track record of scaling businesses and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Deep understanding of coffee industry trends and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Khmer is an advantage.
