• Review and verify customer information submitted by the online sales team
• Check and collect existing client data required for loan upgrades
• Verify and process orders assigned by the supervisor for quick loan approval
• Ensure all data and documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and submit them to the supervisor
• Coordinate with the Customer Service Department by providing necessary customer information
• Identify and flag any suspicious, incomplete, or high-risk cases
• Maintain proper documentation and records for all reviewed cases

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of experience in risk control, operations, or customer data verification
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Can Speak Chinese is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
