• Develop and acquire individual loan customers through calls, field visits, referrals, and online promotion.
• Introduce loan products (unsecured/secured loans) and handle customer applications.
• Conduct preliminary document checks and basic risk assessment.
• Submit qualified applications to the credit approval team.
• Maintain customer relationships and assist with repayment follow-up.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Bachelor Degree (Finance, Marketing, Business or related field).
• At least 1 year experience in sales or financial services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to work under sales pressure.
