Jobs Description

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare interview documents and candidate evaluation forms.
  • Support onboarding process for new employees.

Employee Records & Documentation

  • Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
  • Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
  • Ensure employee records are accurate and confidential.

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in preparing monthly attendance reports.
  • Coordinate with payroll team for employee attendance data.

HR Administration

  • Support HR in organizing training programs, meetings, and company activities.
  • Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
  • Maintain HR forms, policies, and procedures.

Compliance and Employees Support

  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and local labor regulations.
  • Provide basic HR information and support to employees.
  • Assist in resolving employee inquiries related to HR matters.
  • Dealing with MLVT system to ensure company comply with local requirements

Jobs Requirement

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional Certification Human Resources certification is a plus
  • Fresh graduates with strong academic background also encourage to apply
  • 1–3 years of relevant payroll, MLVT system (FWCMS, LACMS, ISCMS) preferred
  • Experience with HR systems or attendance management systems.
  • Familiarity with MLVT reporting or labor compliance is an advantage (especially in Cambodia).
  •  Good at Microsoft Office (experience in attendance data tracking is preferred)
  • Basic understanding of Human Resources and Administration task
  • Knowledge of Cambodia labor law is an advantage
  • Good communication English (Chinese is a plus) and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • High integrity and professionalism
