Jobs Description

Operational Support: Assisting GM with daily operational tasks, including scheduling, reporting, and implementing ad-hoc task i.e. setting up SOP.
Project Management: Contributing to specific business projects and initiatives to drive performance and growth, including farm expansion plan and CSR related projects.
Performance Tracking: Analyzing data and conducting research to evaluate employee performance and identify efficiency improvements.
Documentation: Preparing, updating, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Rotational Training: Participating in comprehensive rotational programs to understand various company departments, such as HR, operations, sales, and finance, if necessary.

Jobs Requirement

Fresh graduate or at least 1 years’ experience in any field
Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Discipline and act as a role model. A quick learner with a proactive attitude and a desire for professional development.
Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office), corresponding to the essential functions (SharePoint, OneDrive, PowerApps), including the ability to learn a validated system (internal software)
Ability to ensure that a safe working environment is maintained by observing all safety procedures and working methods by making proper use of protective clothing and equipment, and by reading, understanding, and following all safety documents issued or notified of.
May require extended hours during shipment period
Abide by the confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement.
