Operational

• Lead, coach and motivate the Central Kitchen team to maximize their performance.
• Manages the production schedule and monitors the overall production output levels.
• Monitors quality assurance by conducting spot check to make sure it follows the food and beverage hygiene policies, procedures and recipe.
• Inspect workstations for cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
• Spot check outlets kitchen food production handling and able to take complain and quality issues in the kitchen and recommends solution.
• Manages employees shifts, performance, training and hiring.
• Coordinates with delivery, outlets order and production team to ensure delivered on time with good condition.
• Maintains product levels through purchasing, receiving and inventory control.
• Create new recipes for menu cycles.
• Experiment with new recipes to suggest new ingredients and produce into mass production if needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Experienced in 5 years and above in kitchen and cooking environment.
• Experienced in 3 years and above of Central Kitchen Operational industry.
• Required Computer knowledge to prepares management reports, roster, production records and inventory system.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a creative approach to problem-solving.
