Production Management

• Plan and supervise daily printing production schedules.
• Ensure timely completion of printing jobs according to customer requirements.
• Coordinate with design, packaging, and finishing departments.
• Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime.

Machine Operation & Maintenance

• Operate printing machines when necessary.
• Troubleshoot and repair printing equipment.
• Ensure proper setup, calibration, and maintenance of machines.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance to avoid production interruptions.

Quality Control

• Ensure printed materials meet required color accuracy, print quality, and packaging specifications.
• Monitor printing output for defects such as misalignment, ink issues, or printing errors.
• Implement corrective actions when quality problems occur.

Team Management

• Supervise printing operators and technical staff.
• Train staff on machine operation, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Inventory & Materials Control

• Monitor usage of printing materials such as inks, plates, aluminium rolls, labels, and paperboard.
• Coordinate with procurement to maintain adequate stock.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare production reports and machine performance reports.
• Coordinate with management on production planning and improvements.
• Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in printing or packaging industry.
• Experience in packaging printing such as aluminium roll printing, carton/box printing, sticker or label printing is required
