Jobs Description

You play a crucial role in jumping to any station in rush hour and ability to lead and manage the team.
Maintain a "calm in the storm" presence during high-volume service, ensuring every plate meets our standards for taste and aesthetics.
Collaborate with the Head Chef on seasonal menu changes and daily specials that push the boundaries of fusion cuisine.
You work as a team Development to train, mentor, and inspire a diverse your kitchen team.
Manage inventory, food costs, and supplier relationships while maintaining rigorous health and safety standards.
Oversee prep lists, scheduling, and kitchen maintenance to ensure the engine runs smoothly even when you aren't there.

Jobs Requirement

At least 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume, scratch kitchen. Experience with specific cuisines is a major plus.
Ability to follow and scale complex recipes while maintaining consistent flavor profiles across large batches.
Exceptional emotional intelligence; ability to motivate and lead a team effectively under high-pressure situations.
Strong skills with a kitchen work and a deep understanding of various cooking techniques.
Strong proficiency in food cost management, inventory control, and labor percentages.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills for effective team coordination.
