Store Operations

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the sports shop.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and properly arranged at all times.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures of the shop.

Sales & Customer Service

• Ensure high standards of customer service are delivered to all customers.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide information about sports equipment and merchandise.
• Support the team to achieve monthly sales targets.

Staff Supervision

• Supervise, guide, and support shop staff in their daily work.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance.
• Train new employees on store procedures, customer service, and product knowledge.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for product replenishment.
• Ensure proper stock display and organization.
• Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

Reporting

• Prepare daily or weekly sales reports.
• Report store performance, issues, and customer feedback to management.

Compliance

• Ensure staff follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and security standards in the shop.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• At least 1–2 years of experience in retail or shop supervision.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of sports products or retail operations is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS system).
