Jobs Description

Market Research and Opportunity Identification:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, projects, and emerging trends within the MEP sector. Analyze competitor activities and develop strategic approaches to gain a competitive edge.

IT Development Management:

  • Lead and manage all IT development projects, including the development and implementation of web platforms, mobile applications, internal software tools, and integrations with existing systems. Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

  • Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including networking, industry events, cold outreach, and referrals. Qualify leads based on their potential and alignment with our service offerings.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, consultants, and end-users. Act as a trusted advisor and understand their specific needs and challenges.

Proposal Development and Presentation:

  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition and address client requirements. Present proposals to clients and negotiate terms to secure contracts.

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Networking and Industry Engagement:

  • Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and associations to build professional networks, enhance company visibility, and stay informed about market developments.

Reporting and Forecasting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts. Provide regular reports to management on progress against targets and market insights.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with engineering, project management, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction. Provide feedback from the market to inform service development and marketing strategies.
  • Other tasks assigned by management (MD, GM)

Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or Business Administration with a strong technical aptitude.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in business development or sales within the MEP industry.
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, codes, and industry practices.
  • Established network of contacts within the construction and MEP sectors is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (both verbal and written in English and ideally Khmer), and interpersonal skills.
