Jobs Description

Communicate with factory manager and receive the order from customer
Check the quality of control the products and feedback to the production line
Work independently, Visit factories by oneself
Manage and control QC's inspection process
Report to Manager if any problem is found
communication skill
Staff arrangement
Follow up shipment schedule & daily target.
Contact to customer or factory (Case by Case)
Management report, Detail, Summary, Bill, Instruction sheets
Order and Command to Leader.
Prepare docs and report to manager
Other task by manager

Jobs Requirement

Can use English & Japanese
Have experience with QC or factory work
Have PC skill (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Can do over time
Report to manager
Strong negotiation and convince
Good business development skill
Can go out (1-2 week)
