• Job posting & sourcing (all social media platforms).
• Identifying job requirements and attracting candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Well understanding with screening & shortlisting process.
• Interview and evaluation: conducting HR and Technical interview to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Selection and offer: finalizing candidates, negotiating salary, and sending offer letters confirmed with Supervisor.
• Process personal information documents that company needed with selecting candidate.
• Onboarding & Training: Introducing new hires to company profile/company policies and product training.
• Well understand for product knowledge and up to date with new products.
• Do monthly recruitment reports and control data pending.
• Good communication with all department for process JD and JR that their needed.
• Provide recommendations relate recruitment file to management.
• Performed other task as assigned by management.
