Jobs Description

Assist with recruitment efforts, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Help onboard new hires by processing paperwork, and scheduling orientation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Maintaining confidentiality of employee information
Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, managers, and HR professionals.
Maintaining leave benefit key-in report, and supported document follow up with outlets.
Other assigned with related HR jobs.

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor degree
Basic Human Resources or relevant field
Computer proficiency using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet and e-mail).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management.
Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
Good personality and team work
Be responsible, trustworthy and respectful
Be flexible, smart and faster.
Especially good responsibility and knowledge of job objective and matter.
