Jobs Description

Provides treatments any guest including not limited massage, facial treatments body treatments recommends further treatments guest address concerns preferences.
Operate Spa software system spa reservations all other Spa software functions
Be knowledgeable the Spa Menu be able describe spa treatments enthusiastically guests answer pertinent questions, determine needs preferences.
Up sell treatments services without being trying "hard sell".
Handle resolve guest complaints notify spa management immediately
Acts role model the resort's code conduct grooming & hygiene standards.
Maintains clean orderly area promotes safe environment Performs additional duties assigned.
Provide information guests about services offered the Spa well the hotel.
Produce Spa reports required by management.
Process charges Spa Software and ensure guests billed accurately Opera.
Provide assistance guests the retail merchandise when necessary.

Jobs Requirement

English - Good
Relevant experience Spa for 1 year
Technical education physiotherapy preferred a registered massage holistic therapist.
Possesses excellent English, math psychometric abilities.
Possesses aptitude upward mobility.
Willing to provide treatments for male and female guests.
