Jobs Description

Strategic HR Planning

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support company’s business objectives and growth plans.
  • Conduct workforce planning to anticipate future talent needs and succession planning.
  • Align HR initiatives with organizational priorities such as digital transformation, compliance, and employee engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
  • Build employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the financial and tech sectors.
  • Design and oversee onboarding programs that ensure smooth integration and early productivity of new hires.

Performance Management & Recognition

  • Implement performance appraisal systems that promote accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Support department heads in setting KPIs, conducting evaluations, and managing performance development plans.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and recommend interventions.
  • Develop reward systems that recognize innovative ideas, contributions, and initiatives.
  • Encourage cross-functional collaboration and idea-sharing through innovation challenges or internal hackathons.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Address workplace issues such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions with fairness and confidentiality.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives including surveys, recognition programs, and wellness activities.

Talent Development for Innovation

  • Assess organizational training needs and develop learning plans to build skills and leadership capacity.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs, workshops, and e-learning platforms.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and ensure alignment with career development goals.
  • Identify and nurture employees with high innovation potential.
  • Organize training programs, workshops, and learning sessions focused on design thinking, problem-solving, and digital skills.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Ensure compliance with Cambodian labor laws, tax regulations, and internal governance standards.
  • Prepare for and manage labor audits, legal reviews, and regulatory reporting.

HR Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation using HRIS systems.
  • Generate regular reports on headcount, turnover, training, and other HR metrics for management review.
  • Use data analytics to support strategic decision-making and improve HR operations.

Jobs Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of Cambodian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in financial services or data-driven organizations
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage change and drive organizational development initiatives.
