Jobs Description

Prepare, collect, and verify all supporting documents related to procurement, supplier payments, and operational expenses for ODMPI and ODMCI;
Ensure all payment requests are backed with valid invoices, quotations, and delivery records before submission to Phnom Penh HQ;
Maintain a simple Excel-based bookkeeping file summarizing daily and weekly expenses for internal verification;
Follow HQ’s purchasing procedures strictly, ensuring quotations, approvals, and payment request formats are correctly used;
Cross-check coal purchase records, spare parts procurement, and other expenses with site activities and stock reports;
Coordinate closely with the General Manager to ensure financial transparency and cost control;
Maintain organized filing of all financial documents for audit and recordkeeping purposes;
Support HQ finance department in clarifications or reconciliations when required;
Other tasks assigned by General Manager

Jobs Requirement

Strong Chinese language
English language is a plus
Minimum 3 years in procurement and stock control, facilities, or site operations management
Computer skills: MS Word, Excel
