Jobs Description

Act as the main representative of ODMPI and ODMCI at the ODM site, responsible for both the power plant and coal mine operations;
Be the central point of contact with all Chinese partners, contractors, and managers at site;
Fully understand and monitor all activities related to operations, maintenance, coal production, transportation, and site expenses;
Ensure all reports (coal production, power generation, fuel usage, maintenance status) are accurate and submitted weekly to Phnom Penh HQ;
Supervise the Finance & Procurement Controller and Admin Officer to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy;
Attend weekly coordination meetings with Chinese management and report key updates to HQ immediately;
Verify and approve all supporting documents before submission to HQ for payment processing;
Actively monitor site issues, such as workforce, logistics, and security, and resolve or escalate promptly;
Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in all reporting and communications;
Provide a full weekly summary report to Phnom Penh HQ on site conditions, costs, and performance;
Other tasks assigned by top management

Jobs Requirement

Strong Chinese language
English language is a plus
Minimum 5 years experiences in powerplant and coal industries is highly preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Good problem-solving and crisis management abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Can use MS Excel, Word skills and financial modeling
