Jobs Description

Policy Development & Compliance

  • Develop and implement internal policies that align with the group’s rules and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with group regulations on health, safety, environment (HSE), quality standards, service quality, and station safety requirements.
  • Work with regional/ local teams to adapt and introduce projects and standards for all services and wash activities.
  • Ensure that logos and designs are used correctly, following the latest technical and design standards.


Sales, Marketing & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for service and wash businesses to maintain growth and profitability. This includes retail lubricants, Car Care Products (CCP), wash services, car service, and garages both at stations and as standalone operations.
  • Create and launch marketing and promotional campaigns that encourage cross-selling of services like lube, wash, CCP, car service, and garage from fuel forecourts.
  • Drive rapid expansion of wash services both inside stations and at standalone sites by working with local and regional teams under various business models.
  • Work with partners to maximize profitability for related activities.
  • Analyze the market for partnership opportunities and develop business models with partners to improve offerings in lube, wash, CCP, and car service within and outside retail stations.


Operational Excellence & Service Quality

  • Set up special bays for motorbikes (motor zones) in lube service areas where possible.
  • Develop and update operations tools such as POS systems, product assortments, process flowcharts, and zero shortage sheets for lube, wash, CCP, car service, and garage businesses.
  • Gather and review business reports (turnover, revenue, sales performance, supplier data) for lube, wash, CCP, and car service, then recommend clear actions to improve sales and revenue.
  • Manage, monitor, and measure customer service quality; collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with team members to analyze monthly shop and service turnover by activity and product category.


Brand Development & Market Intelligence

  • Promote the company brand to the public and create strategies for expanding market presence across Cambodia.
  • Research competitors’ development plans and strategies to maintain a strong position in the market.
  • Identify attractive products to enhance the shop’s range and appeal of the brand.


Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Participate in building and renovating new stations, working closely with relevant departments to ensure all services meet technical and brands standard. Take end-to-end responsibility for project delivery and outcomes.
  • Regularly organize and lead business reviews and meetings within Retail Business and other related departments, ensuring comprehensive reporting on performance, actionable follow-ups, and achievement of set objectives.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews on performance, presenting results against agreed targets and proposing improvement actions where necessary.
  • Take an active role in digital and other projects assigned, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving corrective actions. 
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the VP Retail Business.

Jobs Requirement

  • University Degree Business, Management, Marketing fields
  • Great experience on Retail store, convenient store
  • Good knowledge of the Retail Network (station management, lubricant knowledge etc.) or experience in commercial/distribution
  • Analytical skills and ability to see the overall picture; concern for economic performance.
  • Creativity, team players
  • Ability to work as a team and in a cross-cutting way 
  • Good command of the pack office including Excel and PowerPoint
