1) Customer Service  Provide excellent customer service.  Offer shopping baskets to customers proactively.  Taking accountability in managing and resolving escalated complaints.  Introduce store equipment to every new joiner and borrowed staff.  Guide team in providing customer service. 2) Store Management  Manage point-of- sale processes.  Opening and closing of stores.  Execute marketing programs as instructed by supervisor/team leader.  Conduct cleaning according to schedule. Maintain a clean store interior and exterior environment, unpack and clear cardboard box, keep cleansing tools clean all the time. 3) Inventory Control  Actively involved in receiving stocks and perform quality checks.  Perform checks to ensure there is an adequate stock and marketing material. Inform team leader in advance about the items that requires reordering.  Record stock discrepancies (stock from Distribution Center and suppliers) and inform team leader.  Check product validity for quality control. 4) Regular Work/ Administration  Display products and price tags (product name, product number and price) on designated product shelf according to instructions.  Perform duties relating to “Retail Bulletin” as assigned by team leader.  Motivate the team to create the productivities and profitably.  Perform other duties as assigned.
