− Establish / Implement category Management as the process by which products earning are maximized − Develop plan & policy for products variety as well as to direct the balancing categories’ portfolio among different product categories under responsibility − Collaborate with other in marketing to translate consumer needs to viable &profitable; retail offering tailored to the need of our target consumers, pilot/implement offering measuring-improving- eliminating them consistent with consumer response − Other duty will be assigned by Manager

− Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Accounting − Cambodian male/or female − Minimum 1years work experiences in the managerial position, with proven record of success − Good English language in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking. − Be able speaking and writing in Thai language is advantage. − Computer skill in Ms. Word, Excel, Power point, Internet &E-mail and social media − Understand Retail industry and negotiation skill − Good problem solving and solution, Good communication and coaching skill
