Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities

• To evaluate performance analysis between forecast and actual sale and identify reason of gap variance
• Prepare stock aging report and expiry report
• Prepare and arrange weekly sale meeting with budget variance to get the reason of change in sale
• Prepare weekly sale performance and analyze by category by breakdown into top selling brand and SKUs and evaluate sale by channel with top customers
• Monitor stock movement and coordinate with sale for sudden change in performance to reflect with real time stock on hand with on-going order
• Evaluate competitor pricing analysis and propose action plan
• Evaluate business process and impose for potential area of improvement
• Identify and propose action plan on products need to do promotion or clearance to minimized the write off on stock
• Initiate New product development from initiation stage to implementation stage, sourcing products with follow up performance result
• Conducting market research and analyze on company strength, weakness, opportunity and threat also the positioning of the company in the market
• Other tasks assigned by department manager

REPORT TO : Commercial Manager

Working Schedule : Mon – SAT (8:00-17:00)

Job summary :

To assist commercial manager to performance analysis, new products development and market survey.

• University graduate in Accounting, Business Management, Logistic or related field
• At least 2 years relevant experience on data analysis, experienced from food services is a plus
• Able to work under pressure deadline
• Fluently on English
• Self-improvement, working independently
• Good time management priority task.
• Knowledge experience SAP, and Excel would high advantage.
