-       Understand the customs flow, Release Cargo Note, Delivery Order etc. then truck-in, truck- out;

-       Control Trucking Flow in and out, etc;

-       Maintain good relationship with Kampot customs

-       Assist in the preparation, review, and verification of import/export documentation (e.g., customs declarations, invoices, packing lists);

-       Track and update the status of customs clearance for all inbound and outbound cargo;

-       Ensure compliance with national customs laws, port regulations, and international trade rules;

-       Maintain accurate records of customs filings, payments, permits, and inspection reports;

-       Prepare reports on clearance times, delays, or irregularities for internal use or regulatory reporting;

-       Serve as the main contact between the port and customs officials;

-       Provide updates and guidance to internal teams and clients regarding customs procedures and requirements;

-       Other tasks assigned by management

-       Strong in Chinese language

-       English is an optional conversation

-       Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or port operations

-       Familiarity with customs clearance systems and bonded warehouse procedures is preferred

-       Computer skills: MS Word, Excel
