-       Summarize all port reports such as discharge, truck in/out, cargo…;

-       Archive and manage original records and statistical ledgers;

-       Summarize, compile, and input various reports based on tally, weighbridge, and system data, ensuring data accuracy;

-       Compile throughput and other related production, energy, and cost statistics and reports;

-       Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:

o  Vessel calls

o  Import/export volumes

o  Cargo types (bulk, general, containerized)

o  Yard occupancy and equipment usage

-       Provide statistical insights and dashboards to support decision-making in commercial, operational, and strategic planning

-       Other tasks assigned by management

-       Proficiency in Chinese language

-       English is an optional conversation

-       2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or statistical roles

-       Experience in port operations, shipping, logistics, or supply chain environments is a strong advantage

-       Proficiency in computer skills such as MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data management tools
