-         Coordinate the code of conduct audit arrangement;

-         Monitor the audit scheduling progress and its advancement;

-         Review audit reports to ensure quality and thoroughness;

-         Support in improvement activities;

-         Communicate with factory on NC issues in BFC’s reports;

-         Receive and respond to queries from internal and external parties, ensuring timely and accurate response;

-         Regular review the basic information and update changed information that identified in daily work;

-         Communicate interior with other team members for reporting and CAP progress, etc;

-         Other compliance relevant tasks assigned by line manager.

-     Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Textile/Law/Social sciences is preferable;

-     Ideally shall have 1-3 years’ work experience in social auditing area;

-     Excellent spoken and written in English, and Mandarin is a plus;

-     High personal ethics and responsibilities;

-     Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information;

-     Be able to digest and manage a large volume of information;

-     Attention to detail and accuracy;

-     Excellent cooperation with other team members and strong verbal communication skills;

-     Excellent problem solving and planning skills;

-     Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

-     Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle stressful situations;

-     Adaptable and flexible, adjusting to multiple demands, multi-tasking;

-     Willingness to travel and factory visit if needed.
