1. Training Program Development:

• Create comprehensive training materials (manuals, videos, etc.) tailored to different audiences.

• Organize and schedule both online and offline training sessions aligned with business priorities.

• Deliver engaging training on product features and best practices, addressing trainee queries for clarity.

2. Continuous Product Expertise:

• Regularly update training materials to reflect product changes and industry trends.

• Provide ongoing support post-training for troubleshooting and questions.

3. Evaluation and Feedback:

• Assess training effectiveness through surveys and feedback, using data to refine methods.

• Monitor trainee progress to ensure learning objectives are met and explore innovative training formats.

4. Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Collaborate with various teams (marketing, sales, customer support) to align training with company strategy.

• Provide product training to sales teams and assist marketing with accurate content.

5. Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain detailed records of training sessions and participant attendance for compliance.

• Generate performance reports on training effectiveness for management.

6. Sales and Customer Engagement:

• Support the sales team in understanding product specifications for effective selling.

• Design customer training programs to enhance product utilization and identify common issues for independent resolution.

• University Degree in Pharmacy or a related field

• At least 02 years relevant working experience in the Pharmaceutical/ beauty/cosmetics industry

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data entry and analysis) and PowerPoint

• Strong training facilitation skills and ability to create training contents and adapt to different audiences

• Passionate in Retail Training topics eg. sales techniques and customer services

• Results oriented, well-organized at work

• Able to engage and motivate the team

• Able to travel upcountry from time to time

• Fluent in Khmer and English; proficiency in French is a plus
