•Work full time as a medical resident at AHC, including work rotation at Satellite Clinic based in Sortnikum Referral Hospital (40km distance) •Respect rights of patients and medical ethics. •Highly compassionate “Treat patient as if your own child”. •Self-learning to improve medical knowledge. •Be participating in the Pediatric Curriculum Training Program, included CME and English class. •Willing and Commitment to complete 3 years Pediatric training program.
