- Leading Customs and Import process optimization and improvement.

- Analyze monthly shipment data to minimize the transportation cost and shipping activities.

- Apply and maximize special privileges and benefits related to trade regulations, duty exemptions, and preferential trade agreements.

- Verify and apply for necessary import permits for various product types, coordinating with relevant authorities.

- Utilize customs declaration software efficiently to manage documentation and filing processes.

- Research and implement new import processes, staying updated on regulatory changes and factory classifications.

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or related fields.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in customs procedures for import.

- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and special privileges.

- Proficiency in customs declaration software.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning and negotiation skills.

- Ability to proactively learn and adapt to evolving trade policies and factory classifications.

- Good command of both spoken and written English
