* Tasks:

Under the guidance of the senior experts of the project your tasks will include:

• Research documentation in Khmer language on public procurement activities and conduct interviews with stakeholders/resource persons.

• Contribute to draft legislation and policy papers

• Locate and liaise with relevant public authorities and other stakeholders

• Assist on an ad-hoc basis with translation of documents or at meetings

• Assist in developing and delivering capacity-building sessions, training modules, and workshops for relevant institutions, including developing locally relevant case studies.

• Degree in law, economics, social science or similar education of relevance for public financial management

• At least 3 years of professional experience related preferably to public administration and public procurement

• Excellent legal drafting, analysis, and reporting skills.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Khmer language is mandatory.
