• Operate the Terminal Operating System (TOS) software to manage container yard planning, vessel discharge/loading, and berth scheduling
• Input real-time data into the system to update container locations and vessel operations
• Work closely with supervisors and the operations team to coordinate smooth port activities
• Monitor schedules, container movements, and truck/gate activity using computer systems
• Maintain logs and reports related to port operations and cargo flow
• Support accuracy and timeliness of information used by the port’s frontline and management teams

• Minimum basic computer skills (typing, data entry, Excel, navigation of software)
• Basic English communication (spoken and reading) – Chinese is a bonus but not required
• Good attitude, responsibility, willingness to learn, and teamwork spirit
• No previous port experience needed – full on-the-job training provided
• Must be open to working shifts, including possible nights or weekends (based on assignment)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $400 to $700/month, depending on skillset, work ethic, and language abilities
