• Lead the Sales and Business Development teams to identify and secure new clients and shipping partners.

 • Develop and execute strategic marketing and commercial plans to position Kampot Port as a key logistics hub in the region.

 • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, partners, and stakeholders.

 • Oversee client acquisition, contract negotiation, and account management.

 • Conduct regular market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform commercial strategy.

 • industry conferences, and customer meetings.

 • Work closely with the CEO and operational departments to align commercial goals with port capacity and capabilities.

 • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or commercial leadership, ideally within the logistics, shipping, or infrastructure sectors.

 • Strong leadership and team management experience, with a track record of leading high-performing commercial teams.

 • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) – spoken and written. Proficiency in English required; Khmer is a plus.

 • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset.

 • Willingness to be based in or travel frequently
