Job Description


JOB TITLE: FINANCE OFFICER/HR

REPORTS TO: CEO&CFO

LOCATION: PHNOM PENH

SALARY RANGE: NEGOTIABLE


1. Check and control and account receivable (A/R) of cash collection and with the bank reports.

2. Check and control daily report, monthly sales and expenses reports.

3. Check and control petty cash record.

4. Prepare and make weekly payment request.

5. Prepare and check staff attendant to make payroll request end of month.

6. Prepare and check monthly tax payment working with tax agent.

7. Prepare monthly financial statements (Balance sheet, Income statement).

8. Monitor capital expenditures and asset development activities and allocation of costs associated with these expenditures



9. Check staff attendant and leave record.

10. Prepare job posting and others announcement

11. Check and control company’s assets

12. Check and control company’s stock inventory.

13. Prepare public holiday of the year.

14. Prepare staff contract and policy.

Jobs Requirement

1. BA in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, MBA, CPA certification, are preferred as advantages

2. Experience 3+ years in a leadership role in accounting and finance with medical/health/Nursing industry

3. Experience 2+ years in public accounting is preferred

4. Strong general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax and bank working knowledge

5. Strong analytical, problem solving, management and organizational skills

6. Strong interpersonal, presentation skills, ability to influence and negotiate

7. Strong ability to be detail oriented and work with a goal of precision

8. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a complete manner

9. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize

10. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, Power Point

11. Prepare tax information required for corporate tax returns and other tax filings

12. Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating department staff
