Job Summary:

The Senior Learning & Development Officer is reporting to the Senior HR Manager and responsible for assisting the Senior HR Manager in developing training and development plan, executing, monitoring and evaluating the plan. Job responsibilities include assisting in developing and executing employee engagement programs to enhance company culture.

Job Responsibilities:

-       Assist in designing, organizing and directing L & D program and Orientation

-       Conduct TNA through survey and/or consultation with related Dept managers

-       Assist in developing training procedures or guidelines to ensure they are effectively carried out

-       Acts as the liaison and coordinator of program conducted by internal & external training partners

-       Assist in developing and executing employee engagement programs such as employee’s birthday, sport events, team building, annual dinner, etc. to enhance company culture.

-       Monitor training activities and program effectiveness

-       Prepare training plan, budgeting and reporting

-       Participating in team goals and initiatives

-       Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Admin or related fields is preferable

-       At least 3 years’ experience in L & D and related experiences is preferable

-       Be communicative, disciplined, self-starter, creative thinking and good personality

-       Be able to communicate in English both speaking and writing

-       Good knowledge of MS Office such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet
