Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and customer-oriented Barista to join our team at [Coffee Shop Name]. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

1. Customer Service:

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and suggest menu items when needed.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and efficient manner.

2.Coffee & Beverage Preparation:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, teas, and other beverages following recipes and standards.
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Ensure consistency in product quality and presentation

3. Cleanliness & Organization:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee machines, countertops, and beverage stations.
• Follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage preparation and sanitation.
• Clean and maintain equipment according to store protocols.

4. Inventory & Stock Management:

• Assist in managing and restocking inventory, including coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.
• Monitor product levels and communicate with the manager about replenishment needs.

5. Teamwork:

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and a smooth workflow.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

6. Compliance:

• Adhere to company policies, including food safety, health regulations, and operational procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of the coffee shop's menu, promotions, and specials.

Experience: Previous experience as a Barista or in a customer service role

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• English communication skill level

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
