- Assist in resolving any problems occur

- Onsite set up for customers

- Report to upper level on any issues/ improvement

- Familiar with Microsoft Windows Technology to setup computer/network system for new customers

- Ability to troubleshooting computer/network issues

- Ability to use basic Microsoft Office technology e.g Excel to setup store for new customer

- Ability setting up/configuring LAN network system

- Understand basic HTML/CSS is a plus

- In love with latest technologies like cloud computing

- Have knowledge about POS System is a plus
