• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in HR Management or General Management

• Minimum two-year experience in HR or administrative works

• Knowledge of Cambodia labor law; especially NSSF

• Good command of spoken and written Khmer & English

• Good presentation skills

• Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet and Email

• Good knowledge of office Administration and filling documents and statistic report

• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills

• Self-managed, self- motivated and highly responsible

• Good problem solving skills

• Result-oriented personality

• Team working spirit.
