- Check daily attendance

- Collect and maintain identity documents (National ID Card, Family Book, Birth certificates, NSSF Card).

- Set up new joiner's finger print on scanners, control leave for attendance purpose.

- Input employee's personal data at the entry point, and Verify employees profile in case of promotion, transfer, demotion...

- Collect and maintain OT request and input OT data to for OT calculation.

- Coordinate interview (appoint candidates, arrange test)

- Employees insurance (NSSF)

- Other tasks assigned by management.

- Salary : $ 302.00 ~ $ 390.00

- Certificate : Graduated​ Bachelor Degree

- Experience: 2~3 years at least

- Skill: Computer

- Language: English or Korean (Prefer to speak)

* Interview:

- Excel Test : General Excel Formula

- English Test : General knowledge and Skill

- Oral interview : Experience Interview

* Working Hours

- Mon~Fri : 7:50 Am to 5:00 Pm

- Sat : 7:50 Am to 3:00 Pm

- Holiday : Base on Holiday calendar.
