● Direct the end-to-end process of acquiring and onboarding new merchant-partners.

● Engage potential partners with compelling sales pitches, and persistently follow-up to convert leads into

Graford's merchant partners.

● Assure clear communication and transfer of essential details to the dedicated account managers team

for continuing support of the merchant partners post-onboarding.

● Stay updated of market developments and competitor activities in order to assist the core Grab team in revising and developing strategies to meet market challenges and partner’ requirements.

● Friendly outgoing personality who likes networking.

● Comfortable interacting with people from various backgrounds, especially the expat community.

● Solid understanding of the food and grocery delivery market.

● Strong English written and oral communication skills.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS. Excel, MS. Word and MS. PowerPoint).

● Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

● Exceptional time management and communication skills.

● Strong willingness to learn continuously.

● F&B industry background is an advantage.

● A bonus if you're a foodie passionate about diverse culinary experiences.

● Experience using cloud-based CRM systems in a sales context is a plus (e.g. Salesforce).

● Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business or relevant fields is a plus.
