Jobs Description

Make sure all reports and documents are prepared properly with timeline
Check cash book
Oversees company bank account transactions and petty cash transactions
Oversees tasks in Accounting and Finance department
Review expense reports and bank reconciliations
Check and review all invoices and other documents properly
Check up-to-date filing of other company documentation and follow up the payment
Manage & control on cost-saving efficiency & effectiveness
Check the fixed asset listing report
Check school’s financial report
Prepare investment report for shareholders
Revise learning material price and other revenue to comply with the tax
Work on tax decoration, tax on salary, tax on withholding, etc. and produce tax report
Perform other tasks assigned by management
Assist shareholder meeting
Work with ministry when there is changing of shareholder or other case

Jobs Requirement

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-4 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.;
Possess strong analytical, critical thinking skills and financial forecasting skills;
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of the English language.
