The curriculum will emphasize the use of up-to-date technology to maximize learning opportunities, facilitate individual exploration and team discovery, and foster personal growth for the students. -Plan, prepare, & teach courses according to approved curriculum -Understand individual needs of the children and help maximize their potential through individual mentoring -Prepare, administer, and correct exams -Assign and correct homework -Lead students in activities to promote their physical, mental and social development -Evaluate the progress of students and review with students, parents and school officials -Keep good records and maintain a clean, safe class environment -Be responsible for maintaining a creative, stimulating, learning environment for children in the assigned classroom and for the school.

-Native English speaker required -At least 2 years experience teaching grade school support for young children -Professional working knowledge of how to teach phonics, pronunciation, noun recognition, vocabulary building, decoding, reading comprehension skills and English conversation skills. -Minimum 2 years teaching experience – international preferred -Excellent oral and written communication skills -Understanding of and love for young children and enthusiasm for providing a safe, caring, creative environment for them -Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mail, etc.) -Strong moral ethics and values
