- Input and maintain employee information, including personal details, job-related data, and performance

evaluations, in the HR database.

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records and update as needed.

- Generate reports and analytics using HR data to support decision-making.

Onboarding and Offboarding:

- Prepare new employee onboarding materials and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

- Facilitate the orientation process for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and

procedures.

- Process employee exits and entries.

Employee Relations:

- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries.

- Address basic employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR personnel.

Compliance and Policies:

- Maintain knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices comply with legal requirements.

- Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

- Strong computer skills.
